Canwood SnowBlazers Snow Drags Cameo The wind blew and the
snow fell as the second annual I was looking for some
of the veterans to come down for this race, being as This is an excellant location
for the community to hold their races. Lots of 600 class entries.
These were the ones to watch over the day. Next to Thor, for being goo looking, was Big Dog Racing's Doo.This 800 did it's fair share of spanking and was very competitive in the upper classes. Simple, yet mean, is the theme of this Big Dog Racing sled. What can I say about Thor.
The caliber of this god, is the benchmark, by which all Mountain 1000's
will be measured. And it's very sharp, both in graphics and in 660
feet. Glenn Clayton is very happy with this sled and so he should
be. Lots of volunteers make
things go smoothly and thanks to all of you at This could be the last race for the SSRA this winter and it was a nice way to slide out of this winter. Brad, Jim, Brienne, Trent, Dale and Dan have given their all to promoting the SSRA. All the success comes at a price. I really want to thank them for giving it up this winter. I know they are exhausted, and yet, they are looking to the summer and starting it all over again. Focusing on excellence have created opportunities else where. Who knows where we will be in 2 years.
Dale and Dan, AKA : Tat & Tit, Shrek & Donkey, have done an outstanding job the last year. My sincere thanks for all you have done for the sport.
It is possible another snow race is the making, but in case it doesn't come through, Thanks to all for a great winter of fair and consistant racing. If you have interest in racing more often, consider joining the club. Rick Wilde |
