* Ice Races minimum 2 races for points series
* Heavy mod class to have hoods 
* Damages done to equipment, the racer that does the damage is liable for the cast of repair or 
replacement. Minimum 3 board members present to approve if caused by accident
* The weather is the only reason to change race dates once displayed on web site
If race is canceled it must be canceled 7 days prior for insurance and to get the deposit back.
* Review of 2008 income/expenses and 2009 income/expenses
* Books can be reviewed by any member, but will not get posted to the site

Lower price to $1000.00 for gold – decal on trailer, decal on center line divider, add in brochure
                        $500.00 for silver – decal center line divider, brochure 
                        $250.00 for Bronze – brochure

* Holco race track – the cost to use is half of gate fee
                              To put clay at the start line 100ft x 100ft 
                              Looking for sponsor money to help with total cost
                              Swap meet on race day
                             Cabaret the night of race day
                             Decision on all events by June 1/09

* Racers need to have a fire extinguishers
