As an ISR affiliated organization the SSRA follows ISR rules. Copies of the ISR rule book can be optained by contacting the president of the SSRA. A copy of the current yearbook is also included with an SSRA membership.
Three of the most common questions we are asked are regarding clutch covers, stab wheels and tunnel enclosures. All sleds in Improved Stock and higher classes require a clutch cover and stab wheels. Sleds in these classes running traction products also require a rear tunnel enclosure. Snow Drags ONLY - REAR TUNNEL ENCLOSURES NO LONGER REQUIRED! PRO-SNO SLEDS and above MUST HAVE SNOW FLAP TETHERED ONLY (including mountain open). These three items are pitctured below. You can enlarge each image by clicking on it.

TETHER CORDS ARE MANDATORY ON ALL SLEDS IN ALL CLASSES!
The SSRA is equipped with fuel testing equipment and tests fuel at all races. Click here for some notes on allowable fuels. VP Import allowed in Pro Max only - automatic disqualification in any other class!
